If you live in a US state with a comprehensive privacy law — California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and the growing list of states with similar statutes — this supplements our Privacy Policy and takes precedence over it where the two diverge.
Sale, Sharing and Targeted Ads
Personal information is not sold for money by Brushgently. That said, where advertising is served, ad partners may receive cookie or device identifiers, and under the CCPA/CPRA and similar statutes that may amount to a ‘sale’ or to ‘sharing’ for targeted advertising. Opt out via Do Not Sell or Share My Information. Under-16 data is not knowingly involved.
Personal Information Categories
The categories that apply here are identifiers (IP address, cookie and device identifiers), internet or network activity (pages viewed on brushgently.com, referring pages, timestamps), and, only where you have provided it, contact information such as an email address. Sources are your own device and any analytics or advertising partner in use.
Choices Available to You
You can ask what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, get a copy in portable form, and opt out of any sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Several states additionally grant a right to appeal if we decline. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights — no price difference, no degraded access.
Requesting Action
Write to hello@brushgently.com describing your request. Opt-outs can also be exercised without writing at all, by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser — we act on that signal automatically. Requests are verified via the email address used, handled within statutory deadlines, and may be submitted by an authorised agent holding your written permission.
